Can I return the product if I don't like it?
Yes, the customers have 14 days, after the purchase date, to return or exchange the product. Certain types of items cannot be returned - personal care goods (such as soap products) and jewelry. Sale items can not be exchanged or returned. More information can be found here.

Agzu store will make an effort to ensure that the order will be processed in the next working day. The maximum order processing time is working days.

What I should do when I bought a faulty product?
In the event of a defect in the product, customers can get a new or similar product instead. The defective product can be refunded if requested. The customer must send back the defective product if the store requested. We pay for all shipping costs in question.
